• Information you give us. Your email address and any details you enter when you apply for a position, verify your account or contact support.
• Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and the time you spend on them.
• Platform activity. Which assignments you completed, how long each one took, when you submitted it, and the amount credited for it.

How we use it

To run the platform, to credit and pay for completed assignments, to confirm that the person behind an account is a real human being rather than an automated sign-up, to keep the platform free of bots and duplicate accounts, to answer support requests, and to improve the service. Aggregate, de-identified results of completed assignments are shared with the business that submitted the assignment.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your name or email address with a business that submits assignments without your consent.

Cookies and local storage

This site stores your application progress and your balance in your browser's local storage so that your shift survives a page refresh. Clearing your browser data clears it.

Your choices

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the support address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This platform is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
